MAP headquarters gets a facelift

Renovations to Mid-America Publishing’s headquarters in Hampton got off to good start last week thanks to string of beautiful spring days. A crew from Larry Adams Construction began work tearing up the front sidewalk and the old wood façade on April 8. New cement was poured into a trench along the building’s north side wall as well, which will help with water drainage.
 
Customers are asked to use the side door just south of the main entrance during the time of construction.
 
Work should be completed within 30 days or so.  New steel siding on the north side, a renovated façade, and a fresh sidewalk along the west side will all be completed during the renovation.
